First of all, thank you all very much for participating. We got over 40 comments, so we are very happy with the response.
Many of Fred Winkler Art’s products were cited as favorites, so as many have expressed, it is difficult to pick a favorite or even a small number of favorites because Fred is such a super-star! 😀
When it comes to 3D models the most often created are naturally at both ends of the appearance spectrum – beauties and monsters. And FWSA does both ends very well, , for example, Gillian HD for Victoria made very nice beauty renders, and the Incubus expansion for Sebastian HD made a good devil.

From going over the comments, I would say that FW Alfred and his Finery and the Mermaid sets were probably most frequently mentioned.
In terms of future items, there were some common trends, including-
- More bundles that include character, hair, and clothing.
- More themed and fantasy characters, or characters of different ethnicities (including special skins and makeups).
- More stylized/anime-ish characters perhaps for Aiko base.
- More male characters, especially themed characters/counterparts and bundles.
In the future, I would like to see more makeup options for individual characters that are geared toward different looks as opposed to variations in color. This helps a character get more re-use, which adds value.

December 2015 Daz GC Giveaway
There have been some great new releases on Daz3D recently, including some fun sales. My two recent favorites have got to be the NeoIndia Outfit and Hair Bundle and Wolf 2.0 by AM. In addition, Thanksgiving is just around the corner and Christmas is coming up so it seems like a great time to have a Daz gift certificate raffle! 😀

My favorite products are Laguna-FWSA Indigo and Jade Mermaid Fantasy Bundle and FWSA Gillian HD. I love the two mermaid girls, and the fantasy skin texture is extremely useful. In addition to mermaids, I can also use it for other female fantasy characters, devils, imps, and more. For my more realistic looking compositions, I like using Gillian. She is beautiful, sexy, and looks great in a variety of outfits and hairstyles.
For the future, I would love to see more anime inspired characters, especially mature males.

I love Livias exotic look and her ability to become a vampire and Alfred ..well what can I say… I’m partial to dark haired guys.
I don’t have any special wishes for what I would like to see more of since I’m totally new to DAZ Studio and I’ve just started exploring everything there is.
I love the Christmas feel and winter feel for Sexy Christmas Elf Bundle – FWSA Yulia HD and her finery
My favorite product from Daz vendor FWA is FW Joanie HD. Joanie is a classy, beautiful character, who stands out from the many youthful female characters available at Daz, without being what I would call ‘elderly’ in appearance.
Something I would like to see done more by FWA is the provision of more characters with their own hair and accessories. It’s always nice to discover that the little extras shown in the promos were specifically designed for and come with the characters.
I love Paloma and Keyhole Style Bundle…It is perfect
I love FWSA products and have more than a few in my library. My favorites are Frida HD for Karen 7 and Tempie HD for Victoria 6 and Livia HD for Victoria 7 is next on the list to add to my library.
For future I would like to see more themed makeup options like the steampunk option included with Octavia HD. May not get used as often but its really nice to have when you need that extra bit of something to fulfill the vision you started out to create.

I am always excited to get characters like LYFW Adrienne HD for Victoria 6 and FWSA Livia HD and Vampire Bundle because they have specific functionality (android, vampire, etc) but can also be used as a generic character. I get a lot of usage out of these. Which is not to suggest that you attempt to bolt custom morphs onto all your characters; I have Natasha and Hannah, they’re both fine the way they are…

As I have very little on what is available there i love it all! I really love the lune nails for genesis 3! everything is awesome there!
I’m always looking for realistic, but slightly quirky characters… actors rather than models. Characters who look like they have a story to tell. Of yours, Neomi (http://www.daz3d.com/fw-neomi) and Candace (http://www.daz3d.com/fw-candace) are probably my favorites.

But what I like most are characters that have imperfections and flaws and still very interesting to look at and perhaps, display an underlying beauty. These are the kind of models that inspire stories, which is why my favorite is Joanie HD. There are obvious sags and wrinkles in her appearance but you can tell she was a beauty once upon a time. And then you start wondering about her past and her story. So I would like to see more models like her that are not perfect but interesting nonetheless. I know, difficult to do but I believe it’s one on the things most storytellers look for when buying 3D assets.
The products I like best are the ones I purchased obviously, to wit: FWSA Mina HD for Arabella 7, FWSA Livia HD and Vampire Bundle, FWSA Kimmy HD for Teen Josie 7, FWSA Adaline HD for Victoria 7, Gypsy Bundle – HD Character, Outfit, Hair and Poses, FWF Mayuree HD for Mei Lin 6, FWF Janna – Little Devil Expansion, Xiao Mei Bundle, FW Lin, FW Phoebe HD, FWSA Riva, FW Diana, FW Danika, Greta the Old Hag for Genesis 2 Female, and FW Monie. I’m particularly fond of Livia, the gypsy bundle, and Phoebe. I like Greta to for my Halloween renders.
I don’t really have any choices for what I’d like Fred to produce in the future, I’d say keep doing the good job that he is doing, though maybe an updated Ninja/uniform perhaps because most of what is found in the Daz Store is older stuff now and there’s not much of that to be found.
