First of all, thank you all very much for participating. We got over 40 comments, so we are very happy with the response.
Many of Fred Winkler Art’s products were cited as favorites, so as many have expressed, it is difficult to pick a favorite or even a small number of favorites because Fred is such a super-star! 😀
When it comes to 3D models the most often created are naturally at both ends of the appearance spectrum – beauties and monsters. And FWSA does both ends very well, , for example, Gillian HD for Victoria made very nice beauty renders, and the Incubus expansion for Sebastian HD made a good devil.

From going over the comments, I would say that FW Alfred and his Finery and the Mermaid sets were probably most frequently mentioned.
In terms of future items, there were some common trends, including-
- More bundles that include character, hair, and clothing.
- More themed and fantasy characters, or characters of different ethnicities (including special skins and makeups).
- More stylized/anime-ish characters perhaps for Aiko base.
- More male characters, especially themed characters/counterparts and bundles.
In the future, I would like to see more makeup options for individual characters that are geared toward different looks as opposed to variations in color. This helps a character get more re-use, which adds value.

December 2015 Daz GC Giveaway
There have been some great new releases on Daz3D recently, including some fun sales. My two recent favorites have got to be the NeoIndia Outfit and Hair Bundle and Wolf 2.0 by AM. In addition, Thanksgiving is just around the corner and Christmas is coming up so it seems like a great time to have a Daz gift certificate raffle! 😀

My favorite products are Laguna-FWSA Indigo and Jade Mermaid Fantasy Bundle and FWSA Gillian HD. I love the two mermaid girls, and the fantasy skin texture is extremely useful. In addition to mermaids, I can also use it for other female fantasy characters, devils, imps, and more. For my more realistic looking compositions, I like using Gillian. She is beautiful, sexy, and looks great in a variety of outfits and hairstyles.
For the future, I would love to see more anime inspired characters, especially mature males.

Finally, this bundle includes Club Noir Photometric lights by -dragonfly3d-. These are also amazing. It makes lighting your scenes in Iray so much easier!! The possiblities with this bundle are endless.

It was rather difficult making a decision but here are the three that caught my attention, and why:
1. Tempe. I’m a sucker for the more realistic characters, and while the fashion model characters are really quite nice, I’m a fan of a bit of base on my female characters if I can get it.
2. Verne and Tressie HD. Beautiful textures, endless opportunities. Both are welcome additions to any runtime and the fact that it is a value pack is just that much sweeter.
3. Alfred and his Finery for M6. Yes, please. Give me a great looking hero or a sassy scoundrel any time. The variables in the packet make this a highly useful character, and the Finery makes it just that much finer.
I’d like to thank you and your group for all the hard work you have put in over time, and the fact that, when contacted “on list” you always take the time to help the rest of us work through a problem we are having.

I really like variety of ethnicity in the characters but if I had to pick, the Caoimhe and Sassafrat characters were my favorites. http://www.daz3d.com/fw-caoimhe-and-sassafrat-bundle They look like they could be very helpful in different fantasy scenes.
I’d like to see more fantastic characters like these or the merfolk.
Of what I have, FW Darc and FW Sebastian see a TON of use – I love them and recommend them constantly. Of what’s on my wishlist though, FW Alfred and his Finery for Genesis 2 Male is a top priority, I love that he comes with facial hair and that he really can fit a few different ethnicities that are otherwise lacking in much representation. And that the bundle includes a wonderful clothing set is even better. A very close second on my list though, is LYFW Adrienne HD for Victoria 6 which is two characters in one. I love the flawless beauty of the normal skin, and then the striking of the cyborg skin are nearly beyond words. I cannot wait to add these pieces to my collection (I already have a major use for both lol).
As for what I’d like to see more of, more men (preferably G2M IMO heh). High quality male skins are in serious need and of all kinds too.
I just found this site, nice! 🙂 I looked at the store. I probably like FWSA Jade HD for Teen Josie 7 the best. Cute character! For me more Stylized or Anime-ish is best. Seems a lot of that has disappeared since the A3 Era, though Keiko was cute, she was not too stylized. The newer Aiko’s are much less stylized, imo. Anyway, hope that works! 🙂
Definitely the mermaid lagoon products. Love them! And Alfred and Bethany are high on my wish list. I would love to see more characters for josie 7 and the kids 4. And more rugged men. the good looking model type are great but would like to see more men who are rugged and not necessarily perfect and young. Its really tough because I really like just about everything they have lol.
From the promo pics, “FWSA Keshi” ( http://www.daz3d.com/fwsa-keshi ) stands out above the rest as an excellent looking as well as unique character (the others are excellent too, but this one even more so!). If I had a wish for one future product, it would be a Genesis1 version of this exact character as I have decided to stick with the earlier generation and don’t use G2, although this character still catches my eye every time I see the promo in sales or banners. Very well done!
My favorite now (my favorite changes depending on my mood) is Simona HD for Genesis 2. As for a future product, perhaps a character of middle age, crow’s feet, but even hotter than any younger FW character. Seriously. Because the smile is so much more seductive with the crinkle around the eyes. (At least when you’re my age.)

I LOVE FWSA Gillian. Her body shape is perfect and realistic. I would like someone to make an Indian Headdress with conforming realistic feathers that can bend and blow (iray compatable).
