November is Thanksgiving month so we want to feature and thank three special vendors who are generous and awesomely supportive – Fred Winkler Art, Swam, and Sixus1. We had a lot of fun going through all the contest entries, so thank you all for participating and hope you will join us in our December contest!
Meanwhile, we have started a Patreon page, and we already have 8 patrons! YAY! Our very first patron is Shozai who has a great love of animals and a great generosity of spirit. Therefore, in honor of her, we will add two special vendors to this month’s list – Alessandro_AM and 3D Universe.
Patrons (depending on tier) also get special tutorial resources including my Iray light rig, render settings, scene files, and PSD files. We are also working on some patron exclusive tutorials so there will be lots coming up. We hope you will help support our sites and signup to be a patron. Love this piece! So creative, heart-warming, wonderfully posed, and awesome! Below is another superb piece by Shozai that just gives me super warm fuzzies. The judges were pretty much split between these two so I decided to post them both. Definitely also check out Shozai’s other animal images in the November contest – they are magic!!
2nd Place – Rust World:Résilience

What a brilliant composition! Great looking machines, materials, terrain, and love details like the reflections on the muddy water. The figure and Sixus1’s Survivor outfit goes perfectly with the scene, the posing is WOW, and the dogs make it excellent++.
If I saw this image on a book cover, I would buy the book!
3rd Place – Winter Cabin

Excellent composition and oil-painting style. Love all the details like the icicles on the cabin, look-out circle on the window, the nutcracker soldiers guarding the door, and everything else. This would make a wonderful Christmas card as well as a superb promo image for AM’s Log Cabin.
